Please note that your use of this Site constitutes your expresssed agreement to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions and you acknowledge having read all additional Privacy and Security policies for CobourgTax.com. CobourgTax.com reserves the right to edit and update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. If the Agreement has been updated, CobourgTax.com will always post the newest version on this Site, along with a record of the effective date. Your continued use of this Site following any updates, will automatically constitute acknowledgement and agreement.

Use of CobourgTax.com:
This Site may only be used by residents of Canada. If you use this Site outside of Canada, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws. CobourgTax.com is an online tax preparation service, designed to allow you to create a secure online account for uploading tax return content files. Our Site and its Contents are created for your personal, non-commercial use. This means that our users are prohibited from reproducing, publishing, or otherwise selling or circulating any of the Contents on this Site or any related software in any form or by any means. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the Content on this Site is strictly prohibited.
Maintaining Your Account Login Details:
As stated in the Security Policy on this Site, our customers (Site Users), are personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details used to access your online account with CobourgTax.com. CobourgTax.com is not under any obligation to verify the actual identity or authority of any user of a password and login, so you must keep your own login details secure and confidential. You agree that you are responsible for all activities that occur on your account and, additionally, agree to notify CobourgTax.com immediately in the event that the confidentiality of your account or password is compromised. This provision shall survive the termination of this Agreement and remain in full force and effect.
Disclaimer
This Site is delivered to you, our customer, by CobourgTax.com (division of Yalkezian Inc) on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CobourgTax.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether legal, expressed or implied, as to the operation of the site or the Content and/or Services provided through our Site, to the maximum extent permissible by applicable law; including whether this Site will be available and meet your requirements, that access will be uninterrupted, that there will be no delays, difficulties in use, defects, incompatibility, failures, errors, omissions or loss of transmitted information, that no viruses or other contaminating or destructive properties will be transmitted or that no damage will occur to your computer system. You have sole responsibility for taking precautions for the backup of data and/or equipment and for taking reasonable and appropriate precautions to scan for computer viruses or other similar hazards. Further, the advice that you receive from Yalkezian Inc through CobourgTax.com, will be based on any and all information that you have provided in your interactions and tax return submissions to the tax experts.
In accessing and interacting with your online account on our Site, you agree that the tax experts are not able to verify the information you provide, and that if you provide incorrect or incomplete information, the advice provided to you may, as a result, not be accurate. It is your sole responsibility to review your tax return(s), documentation and/or adjustments with the purpose of confirming their overall accuracy and completeness, prior to submitting to CRA .
You agree not to hold CobourgTax.com liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of the Service. CobourgTax.com reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time and the changes will be effective when posted on the CobourgTax.com website. Your continued use of the Services indicates your agreement to the changes.
A Final Word – General Term of Use:
This Agreement is a complete statement of the agreement between you and CobourgTax.com, and describes the entire liability of CobourgTax.com and your exclusive responsibilities and accountabilities with respect to the Services that we provide via your online account. As such, these Services are protected by copyright, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted use of these services, only for the purposes described by CobourgTax.com. CobourgTax.com reserves all other rights in the Services.
